Lauren Daisley

Lauren Daisley has appeared as an on-camera commentator for CBS Sunday Morning; hosted on WNYC, SiriusXM, and WQXR; and voiced the national show, NOW on PBS. Her national and international media appearances include MSNBC’s NewsNation, Q on the CBC, and Ireland’s Newstalk Radio.

Lauren has interviewed Maya Angelou, Kathie Lee Gifford, Hoover Institution Fellow Kiron Skinner, jazz pianist Geri Allen, and Lawrence Norden, Deputy Director at the Brennan Center for Justice, among many others. Her writing has been published in outlets such as Newsday, Salon, Parents, and The Morning News—where she is a Contributing Writer.

Before spending two years as a Senior Publicist for the media placement division of Ruder Finn, she was one of the original producer/writers on Public Radio International’s Fair Game, for which she booked A-level guests, wrote and voiced segments, and conducted interviews.

In addition to being the announcer on NOW, Lauren has voiced audio tours for The Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Cleveland Museum; introduced audio books for Simon & Schuster; and narrated a Columbia/Legacy documentary. She is a graduate of the Drama Department at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
